Good evening from Japan
Two weeks or so ago I downloaded AND installed LibreOffice. It was
working fine.
Then I had/have computer trouble -> preformed a system restore, user
profile change etc.
During the former action LibreOffice was lost.
After a number of other things I tried, I uninstalled/deleted everything
LO related,
later also OpenOffice 3.2, which was also there.

Now I tried to reinstall it, but no matter what I try, the installation
always hangs on the stage,
where you get the message: "LibreOffice is installing the software.
Please wait" or something like that.
There is a progress bar that runs all the way to the right end, but then
everything stops,
The program is not responding any more.
Press enter -> "Do you want to quit?" -> I answer yes, but that is it.
After that only a forced cancelation lets get me out of there.
The installation is NOT finished and when I retry the process, an error
message tells me I should stop first
"the other ongoing process" - which is not visible anywhere.

Today I reinstalled OpenOffice 3.3.
That went without problems.

My Windows system seems to have a bug somewhere that may or may not be
related.
Anyway, is there anything I can try to solve this problem?

Thank you.
