Hi :) Graham's answer is mostly for Windows, probably Mac too. On Gnu&Linux you don't seem to have to set the "Locale Setting" or "Regionalization" to English (Uk). The downloads pages gives you 3 green buttons and you need to download all 3; the main installer, the UI and the "in built help".
