Hi :) It's that 3rd digit that indicates stability. It's like the Service Packs for MS programs. Many companies never consider installing any MS programs until at least Sp1 or Sp2. Similarly many of us keep production machines on earlier branches. I keep most of my colleagues on 3.5.7 -
