Hi :) I have noticed some people confuse the / marks thinking they are 1's.  Particularly if it's dark, soggy, scribbled hastily, has gained slight imperfections or on a bit of torn paper or something or if they only glance very quickly or without glasses on etc.  Too many ways the / can

Calc How do i (can i) place in a cell a message - that isn't part of the active spreadsheet I want to tell the user the data type they should be entering as 'date type 01/01/2012' and that the message will disappears as the user starts typing Thanks for any help - IGraham W764 LibreOffice
