Open windows registry editor (regedit.exe) from an elevated command prompt ("run as administrator") and set a RegistrySizeLimit value in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control key.
Set RegistrySizeLimit (DWORD 32) to Hex ffffffff (8 - "f"s), close registry, reboot. Should clear the Error 1935 condition. Also worth the effort to verify the HASH value of your downloaded installer. Use the "Get details (md5sum, ...)" check box on the download page and open the mirror list for the MirrorBrain hash values.
