I've tried Chrome, Seamonkey and Firefox. In Chrome, after about two minutes of waiting for the download to start, I get a web page saying that the site is unavailable. In Seamonkey and Firefox, it says Waiting for download.documentfoundation.org... and nothing ever comes through. I always do
