I have a large and complex spreadsheet: 17 sheets and 1.4Mb. Normally, it runs acceptably fast (although not at lightning speed). I added conditional formatting to about 80 cells: it then takes about a minute to respond to any input, whether in the cells with conditional formatting or not.

Hi :) Is it easier just to use a table?  Each label corresponding to 1 cell.  Perhaps rows and columns between printable labels in order to create a margin?  The labels editor looks like it has a steep learning curve but might be more effective and elegant in the longer term but you might get

Yes, you can print on labels with no margins between them. I would suggest you use a PAGE STYLE to set the top, bottom, left and right printable areas. Make them a little larger than the actual margin to give room for error. Then the table will be the same size as the labels. If you add a narrow
