Hi,
In opening my database accounting system, I trigger via the Form: When
loading event, a macro, (Sub Init()), containing the database
initialisation routines.
As the Form loads it displays the first record in the database, including
the account number. To make things easier for the user,
Sadly, I do not have a definitive answer to your question, but I do have
some thoughts... (see inline)

Hi :)
WH!!! :))) Congrats on finding an answer to your own problem!
I had thought that one of the 1st answers suggested it might be a
drivers issue but apparently that was for a completely different
thread. So, well done!! Also many thanks for posting the answer back
to this list to
Hi :)
A ZdNet article titled (obviously) Office for iPad, big deal or big
yawn allows people to vote and so far the big yawn side is winning.
HoooRaaah! ;) The big yawn side appears to largely be supporting
OpenSource.

The problem (for LibreOffice and other Open Source office projects) is that
they are also offering it for free for the Android platform

Unless it has improved recently, it is fairly useless. It crashed by itself.
Never even got to the part of *opening* a document :) The good part was that

I'll give it another shot when I install MS Office later today.

It's a shame none of the Open Source office's has the manpower to build an

EuroOffice has a version for Android. Currently it only supports Write,
but Calc, Draw, and Impress are planned future enhancements.

Hi :)
Hmm, even if MSO have got there first and LibreOffice follows i think
that's not hugely different from the desktop.
I'm not convinced that MSO is available for Android. I've seen
announcements that it is available for iPads but iPads are different
from Androids.

Haven't tried it myself (and I don't plan to). Running Android 2.3 whereas
it requires 4.0+.

Note that the Android app is free only for home use. A business use
requires an Office 365 account. I have no idea how they check on how it is
used, though.

Hello, I am new to this list and have a couple of questions.
I am using LibreOffice 4.1.3.2 on Kubuntu Linux v13.10 if version/OS is
relevant.
The first is about footers in Writer and I guess it is more a curiosity than
a problem. Whenever I insert a footer into a Writer document in a multipage

Interestingly they don't have pivot tables on the iPad version. One
of MS's biggest fanboys in ZdNet also admitted that not all MS
