i have some problem with bibliography editing in my libreoffice document.
if i open document i have bibliography database connected to it and placed
in standard place in .config/ directory.

LibreOffice does not need a PDF printer, so this is not a bug. You can

Hit F4, Right-click your database in the data source window and choose "Edit
database".
Look at the status bar of the database window. What does it tell about the
type of database and the location of the database?
