But... in Base there are several ready examples of tables and fields when you go creating a new table via wizard. Out of LibreOffice, instead, I could suggest CiviCRM. Google it and give it a try, if you deem it suitable for their requirements. By Membership, do you mean staff or clients? Inventory? What the organization owns (computers, chairs, etc)? What it gives away (clothes, food, money?
