What is your version of LibreOffice? In current versions you can get an 
overview of all conditional formattings whit menu Format > Conditional 
Formatting > Manage...



Is there any way of finding out what format's been applied? The help file
directs me to a non-existent menu item (sent to Bugzilla).


What is the bug number ?
