I think the sort dialogue should be remade from scratch anyway. Also
the default settings are strange, I think. For example the setting
that lets the cell format follow the cell value, when is that ever a
good idea?

You caught me. :-) It was a bug report and a feature
I just used Calc 3.6 for the first time, and the data sort with column
labels fails - it used to do the right thing and leave the labels row
at the top - now this shows up at the bottom of the sort selection.
When this is fixed, would it be possible for the labels selection
