Store all picture files in the same directory as your Base file.
Call menu:Tools>SQL and execute:
ALTER TABLE "PicTable" DROP COLUMN "Pics";
ALTER TABLE "PicTable" ADD COLUMN "Pics" VARCHAR(100);
SHUTDOWN COMPACT;
where "PicTable" should be replaced with the actual name of your table
