Another thing I just thought of regarding this problem is that maybe I could change the back end so that both Access and LibreOffice would work as front ends. (I can't abandon Access completely, though it would make for much less work on my end if I could.) Would that be a better solution than

Hi :) You can always upload test-files to Nabble so that more than 1 person can test things out. Errr, obviously not files with confidential or sensitive information. When you upload to Nabble it put a clickable url link into the message portion of the message and you can write normally around
