Tony, The forms in the embedded database you attached to issue 116878 work for me in OOo 3.3 and LibreOffice as well. Tested under XUbuntu(xfce) with Oracle Java 1.6.0.22 You are right, stating that the form documents are Writer doucuments and LibO has development capacities for Writer, but
