The extension by Cor Nouws, CT2N, "Convert Text 2 Numbers" is ideal and quick. Paste, then click on the icon in the toolbar and it is done. Wherever there is a number prefixed by ' the ' will be removed. Nothing else will be changed and your sheet looks exactly the same.
