Hi- I have a few queues, (simplified example follows):
All.q: sys1 [8] , sys2 [8] , sys3 [8]
Some.q: sys1 [4], sys2 [4], sys3 [4]
For various debugging reasons, I set up some.q to be the same list of hosts,
but not as many slots.
I am seeing that jobs submitted via qsub or qmake to fred.q are
