[users@httpd] 2.4.49: Processes Stop Running and Becomes Unresponsive

Hello community, I have been using Apache httpd since 2.4.16 pretty much without a hitch. My upgrade path has always been sequential and also problem free. However, ever since I upgraded to 2.4.49 the server becomes unresponsive after a few days of running. When I check the process list I see
