Basically I am trying to upload a file using client program that uses
HTTP PUT method, VBScript, MSXML2.XMLHTTP.3.0 object. The uploaded
file need to be stored on Apache Server 2.0 using CGI+PERL. I am using
Windows XP SP2 and IE 6.0 SP2.
