query but already we have Steve Jobs nationality on DBpedia, why we needed
Construct query here. We could easily get this data using Select:
dbr:Steve_Jobs dbp:nationality ?nationality
Why we need Construct query here.

Using the embedded server does look better from your description of the
requirement. It is possible to setup the full server in code but it is
messy and still ends up with an on-disk "run" area.
