TopBraid Composer does have such a facility, plus matching XML (instance
document) converters. Commercial tool.

Strictly speaking it's not. R2RML, RML's predecessor, however, is indeed a W3C
recommendation.

Fuseki 3.10 fails to start with Tomcat, the error is related to
