__consumers topic is overloaded

Hello!

I observe the follow strange behavior in my kafka graphs:


As you can see, the topic __consumer_offsets have very bit rate, is it
okay? Or I should find consumers that using ConsumerGro​ups and fix some
parameters? And what parameters I should fix?
