I may be wrong but try to use flume (http://flume.apache.org), just not
sure if it has hive source.

Sqoop2 is capable of getting data from HDFS to Kafka.
AFAIK it doesn't support Hive queries, but feel free to open a JIRA for
Sqoop :)
