One thing worth trying is hooking up to 1 or more of the brokers via JMX and
examining the running threads; If that doesn't elucidate the cause, you could
move onto sampling or profiling via JMX to see what's taking up all that CPU.

Hi,
In which scenarios would we get "INVALID_REQUEST" for a Version 1 "Offset
Request" (https://kafka.apache.org/protocol#The_Messages_Offsets) ?
I searched for INVALID_REQUEST in https://github.com/apache/kafka and below
is the only file that seems related.
Hi Ara,

Thanks,
Bill

Hi,
I would like to setup my Kafka cluster so that it has several SSL listeners
(for replication, for clients in internal network, for clients in external
network etc.). But I need to use different certificates for each listener.
In particular I need:

punctuations are event-time based, not wall-clock time base.
We add wall-clock based punctuations to next release thought.
