Hi all!
I was wondering if any one has any information about how to get kannel to
work witrh WTLS. I've downloaded the two updated versions of 3ui.com's WTLS
patch, but I can't find any information or documentation about how to get it
all to work together.
Can anyone help me?

message splitting. If I set concatenation = true for any service, and
that service generates a message that is too large to fit in one sms,

Have anyone try out Kannel with Nokia 5130 mobile phone?
I cannot get it to work.
My system is running kannel development 1.1.5 on Red Hat Linux 7.2 and I had
configured the smsc to use at and at2. Both were not able to dedect the
modem.

My bearer and smsbox are launched successfully ! But the SMS messages do not
arrive at their destination.
I have set the debug-level of the smsbox to 0 and i have got the

Perhaps you haven't entered the correct information for login and password.
You must use the HTTP-GET like this:
http://127.0.0.1:13004/cgi-bin/send-sms?username=usernamepassword=password;
to=123456789text=this+is+a+test
And have the proper login and password in the sendsms-user group

I have some questions regarding consolidating log files produced by Kannel.
What I would like is initially just to see in/out messages and make it this

Kannel is built with cygwin - which has a bindings for syslog. I'm not
sure what it is doing, but it won't break. I think that under NT it logs
to the NT's syslog equivilient, 'event log' I think they call it.

Has anybody experiance how to install the libxml2-2.4.2-1.i386.rpm with rpm
on a RedHat 7.2 box? I tried serval things and it won't work, for example I
can install it with the -i option (or lets say I don't get any error back)
and if I try to compile the gateway it commes up
