format specifications for building binaries

Hi all,

I am new to list. Having read the archives quite a lot.

I have a strange request, and yes its not stictly kannel linked, as we have coded our own esme for linking to an smsc works fine too.

I am looking for the format specifications for building binaries for :

Nokia
Siemens
Ericsson
Motorola

ringtones, logos, and pic messages where applicable, together with sample input and output for any of them.

*Annotated* source would also be useful for any of the above.

It just seems to be the ultra time consuming part, and finding sample input output etc seems impossible, or maybe I am just blind.

So any help, would be very welcome, a crate of beer can be sent to someone who helps :-)
