I need to upgrade our Kannel 1.3.1 to version 1.4.1. The problem is that
we have many services rely on the Kannel interface for version 1.3.1
(send SMS msg through http URL) and as far as I know, the parameter
values are changed in the new version, e.g. coding parameter value is
