when I got a 8-BIT message which contain %20 byte in it kannel replace this
character with '+' which is %2B why it do it and how can I fix this
problem??!??!

yes I have, the SMSC in question is a Comverse and the SMPP interface
does have v3.4. I haven't got any answers yet so I thought maybe it
would be a good idea to ask the list, as well and see if someone had
previously had the same error;)
