I have a problem with kannel.
I connected kannel with playsms, the reception message is perfect and even
PlaySMS take account service configured, however, kannel does not reply the
messages automatically and does not even sending the message, writing this

I can advise you to check the playsms web url configured in Kannel gateway

You probably compiled against different library and now trying to use
kannel on different system.
As a workaround you can create a symlink to
/usr/lib64/mysql/libmysqlclient.so.16
ln -s /usr/lib64/mysql/libmysqlclient.so.16
/usr/lib64/mysql/libmysqlclient.so.14
ln -s

That is by protocol design. There is no way to change that. The most
you can send in one message is 160 chars if you do use plain 7bit
charset.
