I try to connect to a kannel by another kannel. it means I send messages to
kannel A, next A send to kannel B and B send to SMPP server but I don't know
exact dlr-url which should set on my sendsms url. at present I got status
equal to 16 for all SMS:(

How do restrict smsc only for receiving the incoming sms
and not for sending the sms ?
SMSC should work receiving the inbound messages, it shouldn't use for
sending the sms. How can I achive this ?

send more parameters to server like cliMsgID or so on, you
can use binfo. It will passed to clickatell like &binfo=cliMsgID%3D123 wich
set client message id to 123. don't forget to encode the url like %3D
instead of '=' sign.

ah yeah i remember now. i got this error and added this config variable to
my smsc group:
msg-id-type = 0x01
as suggested by members of the list, and then tried it with the following
values:
0x00
0x01
0x10
0x11
until one of them worked :) 0x01 worked for me.
