I did all the changes in the configuration file and configured the smpp tlv
group based on Donald's
tutorial (Great tutorial btw) and Kannel user guide but not sure if I still
did something wrong but the
meta-data=%D returns blank and the operator ID nor anything else is returned
by
Please check the logs for the smsc1 connection and paste any relevant lines
to us.
