Hi Ron

The problem is with your smpp configuration, not kannel itself.

As the error said, now SMPP must have a setup of TX and RX in separate blocks. 
Check user manual for details.

So my provider has different ports. It seems breaking it up works. I’ll do more 
testing tomorrow
