If you set an smsbox-Id then you need to have a proper routing to the box (or 
not ser one of this is your only box besides bearer box)

I installed sqlbox. The table send_sms and sent_sms were created automatically 
to mysql database. But there are still no records in the table.

 

Here’s the sqlbox configuration.
