http-request-retry and http-queue-delay in the smsbox, and have set the
http-queue-delay to 30 seconds. We have not used the sms-resend-freq which

can go back to the mobile operator and ask for an explanation for that
specific SMS. The mobile operator tracks their SMSs via the message_id which
is unique per SMSC.
