Delay in sms receiving and sending

Hello List, I have an issue with my kannel i installed on fedora distribution. It works randomly. Sometime the answer from Kannel comes quickly sometime other i have to wait long time before receivng any sms from Kannel. Everything seems fines. Below the configuration file. group = core
