compatibility Fasttrack M1206 and M1306

Hi,
I'm new to Kannel but I'd like to sent SMS messages via a computer.
In the compatibility list I find 3 GSM-modems:
Nokia Premicell, Siemens M20, Wavecom WM02
I wonder which one is the best (in Belgium 900 and 1800 Mhz Network)?
In the product catalog of wavecom I don't find the Wavecom WM02.  I only 
found the Fasttrack M1206 and Fasttrack M1306.  Are these modems 
compatible with Kannel?
Are they any good?
