OUTBIND operation clarification required

Hi,

Am a bit confused on the OUTBIND (smpp pdu) implementation in bearerbox. As in 
latest version 1.1.5 this PDU is not implemented.
I want to know in case of OUTBIND does the bearerbox acts as a server and the 
smsc as a client or vice-versa.

nop, let me clearify:

In the SMPP protocol the outbind PDU is used on a bind_transmitter session
to
inform the client that a MO is available for delivery.

This means: the SMPP server informs via the outbind PDU that the client
should
establish a bind_[receiver|transceiver] session, in order that the server is
able to push the deliver_sm or data_sm PDUs to the client.
