You'll want to use 'chkconfig' on EL6. For example, to enable this for
runlevels 3 and 4:
chkconfig --add dirsrv
chkconfig --level 3,4 dirsrv on
Check the manpage for chkconfig for details

srpm from f21 or a 10.3 srpm from rawhide.
Mesa consists of about ~20 packages :/
