Just solved the problem. You should load the b43 driver. modprobe b43 then you'll see in dmesg that missing the right firmware. Install some more packages that is not included to F18 by default: rfkill, wget, b43-openfwwf, b43-tools. (Why has been wget excluded from package list, no clue)
