Command-line dnf upgrade (F39->F40) failed yesterday, barfing on a missing GPG key for Fedora 40, leaving 2.5GB of rpms sitting in /var/lib/dnf/system-upgrade. 'dnt clean' does not remove these. Is it safe to manually clear out this subdirectory? (FWIW, I tried the now-recommended GUI softwar
