Fedora 39 has php-8.2.12-1.fc39. If you're getting
8.3.0~RC6, you would appear to be on Rawh
I just upgraded my F39 machine and received PHP 8.3.0-RC6-1 - nice except
my Nextcloud installation doesn't like it. Any suggestions on how to
downgrade PHP to 8.2
