Network monitoring tool: any other/better than Nagios in the trend?

Dear All, I've been trying out Nagios for a while now. I begin to like it. However, before going further, I would like to know if there is any better tool out there in the trend, especially the one with an easy-to-use config tool (such as Web-based). Thanks in advance for any idea. Regards, K
