I noticed that with the latest F20 kernel update, the 3 packages
NetworkManager-l2tp, kde-plasma-nm-l2tp, and xl2tpd were removed on a 32-bit
PAE machine, but not on 64-bit or on 32-bit non-PAE. This turns out to be
due to those packages depending on non-PAE kernel and kernel-modules-extra.
