I've been using the technique described in here for a while to get my system to reboot in a reasonable amount of time: http://tomhorsley.com/game/punch.html The main thing is does is kill off all the systemd "user" daemons, which get started when anything logs in, but don't ever get stopped.

Looking for some advice here. I have a large set of old slides (transparencies) which I'm currently scanning for the family, but of course many of them are out of order. Clearly they don't have EXIF information (they were taken in the 70s and 80s). I'm looking for a way to order them *visually*
