Docker warning - Your kernel does not support cgroup rt runtime

I just installed docker then start the service and check the status. It said "Your kernel does not support cgroup rt runtime" There is bugzilla report about this http://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1544096 but noted as NOTABUG. I am curious what is cgroup rt runtime? Can anyone explain

Google Maps WebGL issue w/ Radeon card

Google Maps reliably crashes its tab in both Firefox and Google Chrome on my Radeon-based system (FirePro V4900). The only workaround seem to be to completely disable WebGL in one or both browsers. I don't see this on my Intel GPU-based laptop. Anyone else? --

F28 Backlight does not turn off

This is Fedora 28 with Xfce. I have set power manager to blank and lock the screen after 15 min. This is a change from the default 10min. Now the screen is black, but staying on.  It is no longer turning off. What do I need to set so that the screen turns off? thanks
