he xml files you mentioned (or .dvds files) data from dvdstaler projects are stored. I did get k3b to copy the video.mp4 file to the DVD and I can play it with VLC. Ok, this should work on your computer (but why then burn the mp4 on dvd?). It will not play on stand-alone video players.
