Just to double check and please corect me if I am wrong:
Until Centos 7.6 will be realeased and 3.11 rpms will get promoted, the
only way to install is by adding CI/testing311 yum repos as additional
repos in ansible inventory file ?

Hi Leo,
The rpms are already in the official CentOS repository [1] . As
communicated earlier once the CentOS 7.6 is out, we (as a SIG) will be
allowed to promote rpms.
As soon as CentOS Infra team will inform us we will go and action
immediately followed by an announcement here.

ansible version is 2.6.5
while installing the openshift ansible playbook fails to set up web-console
task
