Service Monitor Error while installing openshift enterprise 3.11

Hi All I am trying to install openshift on openstack VMs. I am getting below error " Wait for the ServiceMonitor CRD to be created error" And if i see sdn pod in project openshift-sdn is restarting and going to crashloopbackoff.. in logs of these pods showing below error

Reloading of haproxy

Hi all i can see the haproxy process id is changing whenever i create a route. So that means haproxy servie is reloading whenever i create a route . So my question who is responsible for the reloading of haproxy? Regards, Nizam ___ users mailing list
