cache without no DB operation;
Otherwise, without using it, they are seved in DB.

The dynamic routing does not provide any RoundRobin - inside a rule,
there are 2 ways of using the destination :
1) as they are, in the same order as listed
2) re-order based on weights
The 2) may give you random distribution of calls over the GWs, but not
