Thanks for pointing this up. I updated the docs, but the online html
will be re-generated by tomorrow.
In terms of migration there is nothing to be mentioned IMHO - the
"migrate" DB tool is taking care of that (by adding the new column).
Also the presence of the column is backward
The documentation for accept_subdomain column is missing from the README file.
Also, some notes should be added to the migration web page:
